各位前輩好,
近來"姿勢跑法"成為跑者的顯學,
小弟利用了YouTube、坊間書籍及路跑板文章,
來揣摩"姿勢跑法",
目前的步頻大約是170到180
以下是我的跑法:
這二段是比較輕鬆、省力的跑法,

想請教各位前輩,
我的跑法是否符合姿勢跑法?
(這樣算是腳掌著地嗎?或是墊腳尖跑呢?)
有哪裡需要改進呢?
