姿勢跑法第一天心得與疑問 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟是路跑初心者
目前都是沿著公園跑3~5km不等,原本的跑步姿勢就已經是前腳腫著地。
先是用赤腳測試,發現只要小腿有刻意向臀部抬,很自然就會用前腳掌著地跑。
實際到柏油路面跑,越注意到抬小腿、前頃身體,速度會越快而不容易控制
結果跑不到原本的距離就氣喘如牛。
同時也注意到了腳與地面的摩擦力好像變小了,有一種腳掌快速刷過地面的感覺。
不知道這個情況與感受是否正常?
