3000m速度提升方式 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟跑3000(國小操場15圈)速度大概18分
平均2~3天就會跑一次,有時候會天天跑
目前跑完15圈會有點喘,但其實身體狀況還是能繼續跑,只是速度會變慢許多
請問如果要進步的話,目標直接訂在20~25圈是不是會比較好
還是3000持續的跑,慢慢把每一圈的速度提升上去?
