如何輕鬆跑慢?心率降不下來? - 路跑 Road Running

今天下午下班去試了MAF180
小弟45歲所以最大心率設定180-45=135
可是跑不到一公里
Garmin就一直警示 逼逼逼
因為心率都會上升到149-155左右
所以我就用走的
等心率降到130後再跑
跑跑走走的約3KM
這樣不太舒服
跑完3KM約26分鐘
平均心率138~
人完全不累這樣:D
請問這樣正常嗎?
需要怎麼設定才好?
還是需要設定為丹尼爾斯的E心率區間
我的話是149以下都是E區間
還是改設定為149?
還是需要拉長到5KM?
