如何輕鬆跑慢?心率降不下來? - 路跑 Road Running

大家好
小弟新手跑者 身高171CM 體重66KG
大約從去年6月開始練習
補充:每個月約跑70KM左右
從3K ~5K ~7K ~10K
目前10K大約 70分鐘
可是心跳很高~~
有上網作功課 也買了心率表(GARMIN 45)
發現可能是自己心肺功能不好
超過5K後心跳就會飆高
心跳大約到160-170(小弟45歲)
看來已經到無氧階段了
是否代表要降速跑
想試著練看看輕鬆慢跑10K看看
請各位前輩指教一下
是否不用管呼吸(一般我用2吸2吐)
就慢慢跑這樣~跑姿勢需要調整嗎?
也上網查到Jeff Galloway的跑走(跑5分走1分)
可是這樣好像更累~
