早上 跑4KM 25分鐘
下午 跑6KM 37分鐘
請問這是否 正確
如果每天跑不適當 請問要如何改正
目前膝蓋是沒什麼問題 可是怕以後會出事
如果要減肥靠跑步 OK嗎
身高166 體重66.9KG
請各位大大給些建議
