因為校內運動會要比賽
又參加了5000公尺
我是屬於肉咖的
期許自己能跑在30分鐘內
可是實在不知道要用什麼樣的策略去跑
是一開始就有速度 然後才慢慢減速
還是一開始先跑後面 跑個幾圈以後增加速度跑到底
真的很困擾...
