各位版有大家好
小弟開始有慢跑習慣以來已將近7個月
在這7個月中,我從跑不了3K,到現在可以每天
跑4K~5K,且配速是1K 5:35~5:50這個區間
現在想要拉長距離,但是每次跑到差不多4K左右
就會有種心情很浮躁的感覺,並不是覺得特別累
就是覺得很浮躁,想請問版上的跑友們,如何克服這樣的情況
