小的目前高一男生身材中等BMI在正常範圍裡(21)但是肚子和胸部都有點油明明是男生胸部卻有點垂相信誰都不喜歡吧?!我有規律的在運動假日都會打打籃球偶爾也會健身(伏地挺身等等...)可是感覺瘦到某個程度就停住ㄌ脂肪還是甩不掉請問~打籃球消耗掉的到底是啥?醣類?、熱量?、脂肪?另外*運動要幾分鐘��
