最近冬天吃很多又沒運動整整胖了7公斤阿!!!所以我想利用寒假減下來目前想到的是要用運動的方式再加上吃7分飽(((我以前都吃到飽--"晚上吃半碗飯再加一顆水果摁!!!我想利用跑步的方式要問的是1.跑步要跑多久2.跑完要按摩腿部嘛!?((我想瘦大腿3.跑前或後要注意些什麼啥時才能吃東西我想先把體重減
