各位好
我是一位路跑新手
我想參加十一月的太魯閣馬拉松(二十一公里)
目前是在學校操場練習
不過算一算要跑一百多圈
可能還沒跑完人先掛了吧
請問各位都是怎麼練習的呢?
我覺得這樣很沒效率啊!
