如題 原po今年開始愛上跑步的樂趣
不知不覺也發現自己上癮了
平常大概兩天跑一次8k
一兩週會跑一次20k
希望明年可以開始朝向全馬邁進
我的問題是==>
要怎麼強化腿部肌肉呢?
長跑人需要作腿部的重訓嗎?
如果只是在家不去健身房
要怎麼強化腿部跟膝蓋呢?
煩請鄉民前輩們分享吧
