如何增加柔軟度、肌耐力&爆發力 - 運動傷害與保健 Sport injury and Athletic Training

在下最近想開始增加自己身體方面的體能
想從柔軟度(每次熱身拉筋時都覺得拉不太開..有痛不欲生的感覺..)
大腿肌耐力(尤其是大腿以及膝蓋附近肌肉)..
整個腳部的瞬間爆發力做加強..
請問是否有什麼訓練方法可以不會造成太大負荷..(因為以前在運動時..膝蓋有受過傷)
又能達到在三個月左右有效果的加強~謝謝~OTZ
