我也來分享一下。
開始喜歡跑步是半年前才開始的事情,
也才開始注意路跑相關的資訊。
近幾個月來有去參加了101登高及nike 10K,
操場我平時都只跑二十圈,最多也才跑到三十多圈。
冒然報名太魯閣全馬後,其實有點後悔但又不想放棄,
前一天從台中騎車經中橫到花蓮風景很漂亮,但有點累。
天祥的25KM折返處,我已經覺得是我的極限,
撐下去繼續跑是因為看到大家一樣很辛苦地在跑,
跟大伙一起累一起跑的感覺真的很贊!
我以為長跑主要是靠心肺,原來我是大錯特錯。
慢慢跑是不會喘,但小腿肌肉不受控制在狂抽筋,
後段幾乎是跑十步走百步。
倒數的兩公里,有人喊說還剩十五分鐘,
為了拿到紀念奬牌,於是咬緊牙根再作最後的衝刺,
(說衝刺其實也只是走比較快而已)
抵達終點剎那,整個人就放空了
再差五分鐘就滿六小時,還可領到紀念奬牌,
回去休息發現有在流鼻血, 到了今天膝蓋也還在痛,
不過完成生平第一馬感覺很美妙,可以到處炫耀!!XD
明天還要再來!
