各位早安
目前體重95公斤上下 體脂27% bmi29
跑鞋是 kayano29 gt-2000-9代這兩雙
kayano是新買的 之前用gt-2000跑
因為有考試需求 要拚1200m 5分50秒內
大約就是四分半的速度 (抓20秒扣打
希望能在明年這個時候達成
目前練了三周 沒有計畫的慢跑
前天有測一次1200m
手拿手機用app測
9分28秒完成 配速7'45
平均步頻143 平均歩幅60公分
順順的跑完 也沒有很吃力 沒有很喘
目前想法:
上班前跑走半小時 讓自己有點喘的程度
傾聽身體 不強迫要跑到底 累了就走路或快走補完時間
跑二休一或跑三休一
放假會去爬健康步道 約半小時到一小時的路程
打算想有空時自己做下半身肌力練習或hiit
弓箭步 身體壓下去 後腳踝會痛 而且不太穩
單純深蹲還可以
請求各位幫忙給建議 謝謝
