我跟原Po一樣,最近開始有這種問題
因為下班約6:30-7:00左右
家裡的父母親煮好晚飯大概也是6:30左右
本來想說陪父母親吃飯是幸福的事
但每次吃完飯7:20左右,都要等到8:30左右
肚子才有消化的現象
又開始1:30左右的慢跑,回到家都10點了,
所以這是對我來講
小困擾
