夜裡跑步2年得肺腺癌 醫師:記得出門看空汙APP

臺中市55歲葉先生,平日不菸不酒、經常夜裡趁工作後跑步半小時,沒想到健康檢查時竟
發現肺部有0.6公分陰影,3個月後複檢,陰影變結節還長大變0.8公分,趕緊手術。
亞洲大學附醫院胸腔科主任黃建文說,空汙絕對是影響並增加肺腺癌的首要風險因子,民
眾要自保,不管工作或外出,都應該先用手機APP看看中央氣象局的空汙指數,千萬勿在
空汙嚴重時外出運動。
亞洲大學附屬醫院副院長林璨也公開呼籲民眾,肺癌位居國人十大癌症死因之首,但因肺
部較無疼痛神經,等出現症狀大多為時已晚;低劑量電腦斷層篩檢是診斷及治療早期肺癌
最重要的方式,建議民眾應及早並定期接受檢查。
但對於目前尚未有健保給付,檢查一次的費用要4至6千元,林璨說,目前全臺每年用於肺
癌治療的經費是800億元,若是把錢用於及早檢查,應可省下不少的後期治療經費,建議
政府應納入健保,而且這也是政府防治空汙的一環。
葉先生說,他周邊有很多人都是類似情形,雖然他術後良好,也仍深愛跑步,但會慎選跑
步時間和環境。
另名廖太太平日也愛散步,她在健檢時查出肺部有一0.9公分毛玻璃結節,病理報告更證
實為惡性,手術切除後復原狀況良好,她說,未來會戴著口罩散步。但當知道口罩不能阻
擋PM2.5時,她說:「那是掛個安心吧!」引起一陣笑聲。
