各位慢跑前輩好
之前因為疫情關係都是在戶外跑
最近天氣這麼熱 就算晚上八九點去跑 還是感覺快中暑
常常跑不到半小時就要休息
如果是在WG的跑步機跑差不多的速度
大概可以跑快一小時
跑完還可以去上一下輕鬆一點的有氧課
就只因為溫度的關係 會差這麼多嗎?
我是以減肥為目標的話 應該繼續在戶外練習嗎?
還是就乾脆待在WG跑就好了呢? 反正只是增加熱量消耗嗎?
