問個間歇配法 - 路跑 Road Running

自己跑步也蠻久了
最近有個機會比較多時間再練跑
以前都是跑健康的 以長距離長時間為目標
一天跑個10k-15k 都很輕鬆
可是速度都進步不了 我大概是缺乏練間歇的原因
所以最近開始練間歇
400*10 配1:25 或800*6 配3:00(我3000大概12分)
如果以跑3k 5k增加速度為目標
應該要怎樣配間歇的課表比較好
