最近想要去學瑜珈
因為想要調養呼吸和心跳
我有甲亢 有人建議我可以去做瑜珈緩和緊張情緒
但是因為我很瘦
查了一下說做瑜珈會瘦臉
我有點嚇到 已經夠瘦了都要變骷顱頭了XD
我的目標是不變瘦 只雕塑身材
重點希望是著重在心靈和呼吸法上
塑身瑜珈(循序瑜珈)
活力瑜珈
療癒瑜珈
瑜珈提斯
動能瑜珈
還是做瑜珈都會瘦呢>"<
