吞口水如何不打斷呼吸節奏? - 路跑 Road Running

向前輩們請教,小弟在長跑時的呼吸節奏習慣是"吸吸呼",
一腳一個節奏,但在吞口水時,有時為了要接回原本的節奏,
必須停止呼吸片刻,然後我的肺活量又不是很大,
停止呼吸後就有一點缺氧的感覺... 想請問各位前輩這要怎麼解決呢??
另外請問一下才剛加入慢跑行列的我,每次菜單是6K(400操場x15),
時間大概是32-34分,這樣的速度會不會很慢呢??
想知道有在慢跑的朋友平均的水準在哪,自己才有個目標~ 謝謝。
