右膝外側疼痛 - 路跑 Road Running

每週跑步天數:3-4天(跑一休一)
每次跑步距離or時間:約8k
跑步地點/地面:校園pu跑道
距離用餐時間?用餐前or餐後2小時
是否有做暖身?暖身時間、方式?走操場or小碎步慢跑後做伸展10分鐘
是否有做收操?收操時間、方式?做伸展10分鐘
疼痛部位?請形容一下您的疼痛?右膝外側(靠近小腿凹下去的那個地方)
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力)?無
開始練跑約2-3週,距離從4k增加到9k
但都跑得不快,9k約67分跑完
除了剛開始跑的那幾天鐵腿之外,接下來不太有肌肉痠痛的情形發生
三天前跑步時右膝有點疼痛,但不影響跑步所以就繼續跑完剩下的1k
當時因適逢寒流來襲沒有勇氣冰敷...
接著隔天,下樓梯和快走的時候右膝外側都會痛,甚至一跛一跛,持續至今!!
(但坐著的時候完全無感,用手指施加壓力也無痛感)
目前還不敢繼續跑,持續休息中><
自己不專業的猜測可能原因:
1)跑量增加太快?
但肌肉不太會痠痛,表示尚在肌力可負荷的範圍?
2)閃人或閃水坑的時候太快左右移動而受傷?
3)跑姿的問題?
請大家幫我看看是怎麼回事了 Q_Q
又,我現在應該怎麼做能快點復原?
