因為前幾週不是下雨就是pm2.5爆量(嘉義
所以算是差強人意
不過很明顯最後5k整個沒力
沒有配速表跟跑量太少
很難抓自己到底跑多快
上禮拜去買鞋才發現自己是x型腿
內旋滿嚴重的
老闆娘推我穿mizuno catalyst
當初會報是因為離家近(機車15分鐘
起跑在海螺地標
一開始沿著堤防旁跑都是魚塭
接下來就沒什麼風景了QQ
補給站有叉燒肉 香腸 香蕉 番茄 水 運動飲料
最後折返點的補給站有烏魚子
吃超多烏魚子哈哈
之後還是要持續跑
讓跑量多一點
下次目標應該是2個小時半
慢慢來比較快
不知道板上有沒有朋友跑這場哈哈
