因為小弟右腳的骨盆骨頭外翻,所以從小時候走路就會外八,導致跑步也會外八
聽說跑步外八比較容易受傷,不知道是真的假的..
而且我跑完都最後,腳掌都會發麻,是我的姿勢錯誤嗎..
