我是新手,跑齡半年,想請問各位資深跑友,長期跑下來,是否都是自己在跑後做靜態伸
展拉筋,如果每次跑約10到12k,約需拉筋多久才夠?
另外若每天跑完後是否就會做滾輪按摩?還是說跑個幾次才做滾輪按摩?
再者長期跑下來後,如果覺得不足是否會找外面按摩師傅按壓,約多久一次?一次按壓時
間多久為宜?大安區和信義區有沒有值得推薦的師傅?
最後想問是如果明天就要跑全馬,是否會去按壓,還是說要提早按壓?
