半馬經驗談請教.. - 路跑 Road Running

去年七月為了減肥開始跑步,體重從84降到了67公斤
目前的累積里程2370K:http://ppt.cc/xbB-
幾乎每天都練跑,練習量最低5K以上,不過大多都在5~6K左右
第一次路跑,在客戶的邀約之下,報名了12/15的富邦半馬
但是以往的路跑經驗,最長只有偶爾在屏東大鵬灣跑一圈,
長度大約11~12K左右,總覺得8K之後,心情會開始有些起伏
一來是覺得腳的肌耐力漸漸不足,有點快"鐵腿"的感覺
二來是全身都濕透了,褲子整個貼黏在腿上滴水
速度已無法像前5K那麼快(約5.5分速),會降到6分速
這個月想加大練習量,10月,11月練習量想突破200K以上
今天又跑了一趟大鵬灣,跑完10K就休息,剛好一個小時整
心裡想著半馬後面的11K,要如何順利的完成
有預感跑21K,在不同的階段(5K、8K、10K、15K、18K、20K)
分別會有不同的心情與感受
例如:怎麼會想報名這個比賽。或感覺陷入了泥沼,但還有8K要跑
速度越來越慢,越來越渴,我該停下來喝水補給嗎?
不知道版上的前輩們能否分享一下跑21K,
在各K階段的心路歷程,讓小弟能提前感受一下
21K的路跑心情。
另外再請教一個問題,21K的水補給,是該一氣呵成跑完不喝
還是每5K補給一次呢?感謝萬分
