下坡 - 路跑 Road Running

請問一下, 跑了10km後遇到下坡
該怎麼跑呢?
10km後腳會酸, 下坡其實腳沒有什麼支撐或減速的能力, 只差沒用滾的
腳常會 一直頓地板(要減速又不像減速的那種), 不曉得是不是不好,
因為上坡速度慢,下坡想趕進度, 沒加速,只是腳步誇大, 這樣是不是不好?
平常都跑平地, 跑那種高高低低的路就不太會跑說,
有人可以分享心得嗎?
