兩腳腳踝內側痠痛 (正要開始練習慢跑) - 路跑 Road Running

剛要開始練習慢跑
上週跟前幾天都各跑了一次 5點多km 約50分鐘 在學校操場PU跑道跑步
跑到一半之後會覺得腳踝有點怪怪 但不太會痠痛
但是跑完大概一小時後 兩個腳踝的內側骨頭到骨頭上方5km這個區域會痠痛
(右腳的左腳踝 左腳的右腳踝)
尤其是走路的時候感覺特別明顯
大概兩三天就會好了
請問這是運動後的痠痛還是跑步姿勢不良或是扁平足(稍微搜尋了腳踝相關文章)
扁平足這要怎麼判定呢? 我是有足弓的XDD 難道是輕微扁平足??
現在的跑步鞋的oasis的類羽球鞋,正要準備買跑鞋了,這個也會有關係嗎?
