半馬上全馬但中間卡個兵役 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟從20歲時開始慢跑到現在今年要滿24了
一開始是為了減肥而跑
但後來反而跑出興趣來了
每次都10k跑五或六休一
從原本的80分鐘到現在的每次都50分鐘上下
今天第一次跑操場21k 1h:51m:09s
用手機App連結GPS與自己默記圈數所以誤差值應該是不至於太大
但因為如果沒意外應該是今年就會畢業年中服兵役去了(空軍)
我爬文結果是普遍版友服兵役時通常都會體能下降
我目標是在26歲左右跑全馬
不知道這樣接下來菜單要怎麼排怎麼練好呢
