剩二個星期半馬,但感冒中,如何訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

大給厚~
今年我終於鼓起勇氣報名初半馬(古都馬)!!!
但是就在上個星期我感冒了嗚嗚嗚,目前還在感冒中(已經一個星期了)
在這個星期都有稍微跑二次,但發現感冒我的體力完全掉了(已崩潰了嗚嗚嗚)
又加上半邊鼻塞或時不時的流鼻涕…,跑步完全有種吸不到空氣的港覺冏
請問有沒有版上的跑者有小感冒時的訓練方法啊?
(使用健身房的器材也可以,我有加入健身房)
或是有讓感冒快好的方法?
因為感冒症狀不明顯所以我一直沒去看醫生(感覺好像是錯的第一步冏嗚嗚),
我明天應該會乖乖向診所報到惹…(在猶豫西醫還中醫)
距離古都馬只剩二個星期了,我真的非常緊張啊啊啊!!!
我還沒練LSD啊,我現在最遠跑一個半小時14K (但也只跑了一次),
二月的練習量69K(單次練習5~12K不等,也會跑山)
原本想說希望可以二個半小時完賽,
因為感冒的關係已變成希望不要被回收就好…。
PS感冒的時候我都有多喝水、多睡覺、多吃,但感冒還是一直在啊….
PPS感冒都沒有變嚴重,就是一直持平的感覺
請大大們可以給我一些建議~~謝謝
