剛開始練跑脛骨疼痛 該增加跑步量嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩好!!!!
還麻煩大家解答我的疑問了!!
我的身體情形:
女生 160/68(有點過重)
跑步情形:
過去完全沒有運動習慣,
因為要參加國家考試測跑1200(6分20秒內),
從今年二月左右開始,
每天練跑但都只剛好跑1200,
(現在知道錯了!!!早知道應該要練多一點提升體能的....)
前幾天放榜,發現第一試紙筆測驗過了,
11月初也就是還剩剛好一個月,即將要測第二試跑步了,
但因為目前都還沒辦法跑到標準內,
於是放榜到今天為止第三天,
改成每天早晚各練跑一次,一次慢跑2k,
想第一個星期先增加心肺耐力,
第二、三個星期再開始練間歇,增加速度,
目前1200還是要跑到7分半左右,
我知道很多跑者一年頂多進步個幾秒,
不曉得一個月是否真能死馬當活馬醫,
奇蹟進步一分鐘,
攸關一輩子的理想工作,
真的非常害怕過不了這關。
困擾:
加強練習後只過了三天,
我的小腿前側下半段的骨頭(查了網路好像叫脛骨)
居然開始 爆痛阿!!!!!!!!!
連平常走路、上下樓梯都會隱隱作痛,
但跑步時疼痛感就消失了(就是跑步時卻不會痛),
似乎跟大家跑步時會痛的情況相反,
不曉得自己的身體到底是怎麼回事?
暖身平常有做超過10分鐘,
跑完也確實的拉筋舒緩腿的肌肉了,
是運動量加大的關係嗎?
(但早晚各2k目前我還不會太累,在想是否該增加長度)
還是跑步姿勢錯誤呢?
是體重負荷的問題嗎?
另外一個想請教的姿勢問題,
我不知道怎麼同時做到,
「背打直」「身體前傾」「眼睛平視前方」
當我專注在看著前方,很容易就忘了要前傾!
提醒自己前傾時,又會不小心一直看著地面跑!
背一用力打直,身體又很容易往後仰,
如何平衡呢??
只剩一個月,跑步時總是覺得身體好笨重,
很容易想著,
為什麼其他跑者都可以看起來這麼輕鬆輕盈呢?
另方面又為自己一加速就太喘而擔心,
到底能不能再更快?可以再快多少?
