前腳掌跑法與我的跑鞋 - 路跑 Road Running

大約一個月前,我開始用前腳掌跑法.
的確有感受到耐力變好,速度也可以加快.
可是昨天跑完後發現,我的小退後側明顯比較痠痛.
大腿前側股四頭肌也比較緊繃.
我目前的跑鞋是New Balance 740.(Stability shoes)
我發現用前腳掌跑法對於腿部的衝擊似乎更大.
我是正常足弓,內旋不足.
正在考慮是否要換一雙避震型的跑鞋.
拜託各位板友指教.

補充:我一個禮拜跑四次,每次10KM.時間大約50mins-1hr左右.
