我想在半年內瘦15-20公斤(現在80左右),可我想瘦得健康又省錢,想請問幾個問題:1.我的四肢都很胖又鬆,尤其是整個下半身都很肉…屁股大,大/小腿都很粗…有沒有什麼運動是在這半年內可以看到明顯改善的?尤其可以讓全身瘦的(像每天或一星期五天快走30-60分?)2.大小腿很粗,穿彈性絲襪真的有用�
