到底「定錨」是怎樣的感覺哩? - 游泳討論

今天在書店看到一本鐵人三項的訓練書!裡面有關游泳的部份提及,高手其實手都是
在同一個位置,真正動的是身體,而其方法就是定錨。其中解釋到定錨就像爬高牆,
手扒在上面,然後用力把身體蹬上去,但是手其實都沒有移動,有移動的是身體。然
後補一句…因為牆是固體的,所以可以感受到身體往前的感覺,但是在水中,因為水
是液體的,所以比較難感受到。練習方法就是要用定錨,也就是所謂的水感,感覺抓
到手,然後把身體拉向前。我的問題就是…明明不是都是手在往後推水嗎?有了定錨
這動作就會產生身體往前拉的效果嗎?有大大可以指教的嗎?困擾中!找不出那樣子
的感覺。
