關於排課表一事,
我個人覺得把握住重要的原則和重點是最重要的。
畢竟每個人狀況不一樣,
就算是初學者也有不同的體能或其他的條件差異。
所以不要全盤皆收,而且能了解背後的原理是最好,
才能進而根據本身的狀況做出細部的調整。
簡單來說,就是自己要跟著去思考,
而非盲目地操課表。
