初半馬練跑求指教 - 路跑 Road Running

各位路跑版的前輩大家好
我在6/4要參加人生第一場初半馬
非常期待也有點擔心
因為在3月之前可以算沒有運動習慣
除了每週的體育課2小時打網球,一週一兩次心血來潮跑個1K或2K,幾乎就沒有在動了
是個跑步超級新手...
從3月中報名後,一直到現在都有練跑,每週三到四次都是上健身房用跑步機
爬文之後看到有人建議是每次練習的長度都增加10%
因此那時候是從2K開始往上加,
到現在是可以連續輕鬆跑8.5K(1hr),有點喘,腳酸但還可以負擔的程度
目前都沒有安排間歇跑的訓練,因為之前有過跑太喘跪在路邊吐的經驗,
再加上有氣喘的病史,結果有點陰影一直不敢太逼迫自己
我想問,
如果接下來想調整成每次跑的距離都增加1K,到21K之後就改成10K,15K交替一直到6/4那週,目標是在關門前(3.5hr)跑完
請問這樣的安排有什麼問題嗎,謝謝前輩指教
