初全馬新手如何破5hr30m - 路跑 Road Running

身高/體重 183cm/76kg
周跑量 30k-50k(大多都是21K+12K+12K)(下雨寒流周至少周末中午一次LSD 21K)
LSD 最長26.5K,最近3個月每周末都會至少一次LSD 21K
正式半馬成績:(目前只有三場)(我開始慢跑是從2016年11月開始跑的,為了2017/03初半馬)
1. 2hr49m
2. 2hr18m
3. 2hr15m
明天要初全馬了,若希望可以5hr30m內完賽,有什麼觀念呢?!還是設定6hr內完賽比較合理?
1.前半馬正常速度跑,後半馬跑跑走走
2.整個全馬放慢平常速度,不行再跑跑走走
哪個比較推薦呢,緊張,擔心跑不完...
明天的大會有配速員3.5hr 4hr 4.5hr 5hr 5.5hr,打算是要咬住5.5hr配速員對嗎?!
還是咬住5hr配速員,力求不要被5hr30m的配速員追過?!
希望版上有接近的前輩可以指點一二,初次全馬有點緊張= =
