如果你想一輩子都打歡樂籃球,對方防守只會用腳步跟,還自動和你保持安全距離,那你

因為比賽的防守強度完全不一樣,對方是跟你來真的,所以會有很多的身體對抗,要是你
沒做重訓,而對方卻有認真練的話,你不要說什麼切入投籃了,連在三分線附近接到球都
有問題,身體對抗度不足的情況下,任憑你有再好的技術,被對方一推、一頂、一撞,就
什麼都不見了。
就算偶爾讓你僥倖的接到球,而且又好狗運的切過對手,也只是通過第一線而已,別忘記
籃下還有大個會出來補防包夾,沒有基本對抗性的話,你也只有失誤掉球,然後被對方反
快攻的份而已。
不要說NBA,光是SBL那些小控衛,什麼簡明富、陳世念、李學林、陳志忠的,每個
也都比一般人壯很多啊,不管你是打哪個位置,對抗性比人家差都會是一種劣勢,而且要
是差太多,你其它優點再大也難以彌補。
最後再跟你說一個觀念,一般人好好練重訓之後,切入會變得更有爆發力,投籃也會變得
更穩定,要練到像你說的,因為重訓而失去協調性,並不是這麼簡單的事情,除非你天生
神力,肌肉隨便練練,就會爆的像火山熔岩,不然也不用太過擔心。
有機會打場正式的全場比賽,感受一下真正的防守,就會知道我在說啥了。
