養生運動有那些呢???做那一種養生運動最好呢?????我想每天早上到公園做的;打籃球算嗎???還是太極拳呢???也有人在練氣功,或者跳一些不曾聽過的健康操,跳健康操好嗎???????

練太極拳主要你可跟老師學好架勢,每天固定打個兩~三趟。
既可防身又可練身又可養生,以長期打拳套可領悟道其中奧妙除了運動外就是飲食。
建康操主要是活動筋骨,但是那只算舞蹈而已。
