大家好,
小妹關於夏天練習方式,
有幾個問題想請教各位跑友們,
目前夏天我跑步的方式是4k喝水休息2分鐘調整呼吸,之後就2k休息一次這樣循環到8-10K
M 均速5'40-5'50左右,ㄧ個禮拜跑4天,
因為本身很會流汗,ㄧ飆汗體力就急速下降,所以一定要停下來補水,
但對比我冬天可以一次跑完10-12km不休息的方式,均速還可以維持5'30以下,感覺成績
會不進反退XD,
不知道各位還有沒有其他練習上的建議,感謝~
