分次跑跟一次跑完效果上的差距 - 路跑 Road Running

跑者最討厭的夏天快到了 本來早起的跑者可能需要更早起床跑
雖然小弟是晚上跑步的 但之後天氣也會開始變熱了
原本冬天的配速已經完全達不到了
之所以會有標題上的疑問是前一陣子開始有幾天天氣比較熱 本來想說就用冬天時候的
配速(5:00~5:15)跑一半的距離(原本可以跑10k Pace5:10) 跑的當下很吃力不過稍微
休息2~3分鐘以後 還是可以用+5sec/km以內的配速再跑一次3~5k
去年小弟也發過一篇文章 裡面的問題在最近不知不覺的"解決"了

不曉得是不是累積的跑量變多完全停下來以後重新啟動變得輕鬆了不少
想問的問題是8k Pace5:15跟5+3k Rest 2min Pace5:10+Pace5:15 的強度會差很多嗎?
