兩次赤足跑心得 - 路跑 Road Running

最近在PU跑道上試了兩次赤腳跑
一次是在穿鞋25圈(56分11秒)後跑3圈(沒計時 但暴衝很爽)
另一次是穿鞋35圈(1小時25分4秒 跑前吃多了沒法快)後跑5圈(10分32秒)
心得是
腳底回彈的感覺比之前穿的任何鞋子都好!
步伐縮小 但步頻輕易的就變很快 想的話還可以拉到穿鞋時很難想像的頻率
落地幾都是腳掌前段的姆指球與腳指 腳跟頂多是與姆指球同時觸地 且只會微微擦到
前進主還是由腳掌前段與腳指在出力
另外跟穿鞋用腳掌前側落地比 小腿出的力會再多
第一回試時 因為只跑10k 腿力還很夠 第二圈飆得很快 卻不感到有多喘
雙臂不再擺動 只隨節拍做微微的抖動 因為步頻太快了 雙臂怎麼動都跟不上
第二次跑 腿比較累 但感覺還是很好 試著調整步頻與施力
兩次下來腳底如板友d0gking說的在PU跑道上會有種辣辣(?)的感覺
下次也許試試水泥地吧
