如果說減重可以提升成績的話,
那不知道自己帶的補給多重會真的有影響呢?
全馬賽事當中好像有自己背補給的人是比較少的?
大家有帶補給的話大概會多重呢?
如果能量包多帶一點,又加上能量飲或運動飲料,或者還有手機,
這樣一開始重量說不定有1.5-2kg,是不是就真的太重了?
