全馬的30km過後 - 路跑 Road Running

第一次全馬是台南古都...跑的很順暢
因為大部份都是平地...
在跑之前的練習最久跑到快2小時...
而那次的成績是3小時30分
在跑之前...有聽別人說...在30km過後會有撞牆期..
我懷疑每個人都會這樣嗎?
30km過後我確實速度慢下來...而且感覺非常不舒適...
原本平均 1公里/5分鐘 到最後幾公里都變成 1km/6分鐘 甚至更久
但我想平常如果練習充足的人...應該不會都是30km慢下來吧
因為原本在我前面的人 在我慢下來的時候 離我越來越遠
下次再跑的時候...我一定要跟到最後!
平常跑的距離可能要加長點!
