全馬後段加速? - 路跑 Road Running

近幾年來因為GPS運動錶非常普及...
現在的跑者想掌握每公里配速也是十分容易的事情@@..
我瞭解長跑好手在全馬的配速都很固定..
可是因為我不是高手= =.. 肌耐力不足難以撐住,所以上一場初馬配速飄很大.. 囧rz
大後天就是萬金石馬拉松了,卻還沒制定配速策略.. XDDD
其實還沒訂策略是很猶豫.. 如果陰天就想採取破PB的極限模式..
反之.. 如果艷陽天就會採取保守的玩樂模式...
然而,我心目中的各種全馬配速策略如下
1. 前14km稍快、中14km維持、後14km撐住
2. 前14km保守、中14km加速、後14km撐住
3. 前14km保守、中14km維持、後14km加速
以上只是概念.. 因為一開始的腎上腺素分泌過多,體能狀況往往誤判...
最後通常都會撐不住而掉速, 但是前中段也許還能掌握一點..
我想要請問的是..
有人採取 前14km保守 中14km維持 後14km加速 的策略嗎?
用這樣的方式配速,最後14km真的能夠加速嗎? 也能跑出好成績嗎?
還是說根本就只是紙上談兵呢 XDDD
