全馬完賽策略 - 路跑 Road Running

自從報了台北馬之後
完成了第三個月的練習(自己跑為主),中間也跑了兩個半馬(2:15左右)
目前月跑量剛好150km (一週兩天,週三10 km(55~60Min), 週日20-25km)
昨天練習到25KM (2:55)跑完之後有體力不支的狀況
(補給是寶礦力一瓶,拿在手上)。
忽然有種12/20 初馬無法完賽的危機感。
請教如果要確定完賽42km,怎麼樣的策略比較合理。
