準備一張全開白色壁報紙.
在中間畫一個半徑30公分以上的大圓.
張貼在牆上.左右儘量不要有其他東西在視線內.
張貼高度:
坐在椅子上.射線能直視圓心.略高或略低無妨.但不要差太多.平行最好.
**椅子最好有靠背.
每天坐在椅子上看圓心.自己認為那裡是圓心就看那裡.(最好不要在紙上留有圓心的記號).
發呆看15分鐘以上.不要用力看.輕輕地讓視線「停留」在紙上就好了.
不要管眼睛會看到什麼.起白霧、模糊....都不管.若是眼睛看累了.就靠在椅背上.閉起眼
來休息.
想睡覺就靠著睡覺.真的睡著就睡著.不要管它.
**不懂得開光的人.每次入坐前.站在圓前.唸九字真言「臨兵鬥者皆陣列在前」.同時用右
手持劍指.
直劃五條線.橫劃四條線.不要管順序.唸一個字劃一條.
**做完再開始看圓心.
此法對修習禪坐.入定心.無為自在.放鬆心情及身體很有效果.個人教學至今.尚未發現有
副作用.
