請問一下
我現在屬於亂亂跑狀態..想向大家請益這樣是否OK?
目前 周跑三天 10KM (6分速) /10KM (6分速) / 15KM(7:45分速)
那最近參加的半馬是石岡 / 太魯閣 完賽成績大約在 2HR:40分
個人是希望這樣跑下去可以接近 2小時完成半馬
然後 到4月份 因為年底想挑戰田中馬 全馬
所以想把菜單改成 周跑三天 15KM (6分速) / 15KM(6分速) / 30KM (7:45分速)
那平常沒跑 目前計畫做深蹲 / PLANK 鍛鍊肌肉
想請問這樣的訓練方式OK嗎 有改進 或者是更好的方法嗎
