作輪式時的施力重點? - 瑜珈 Yoga

我是暑假開始上一周兩次的瑜珈課的新手一枚
會去上瑜珈的原因是我的柔軟度非常的差
差到站著往下彎腰摸不到地板
以前體育課坐著雙手往前體前彎測柔軟度 老師懷疑我到底有沒有動@@
這樣的我去上瑜珈當然有很多動作都做不標準
不過班上有不少跟我一樣的新手同學 就覺得寬心許多 XD
但是自從教輪式之後我遇到了前所未有的大挫敗>"<
其他動作雖然作不標準 但也算可以做個七八成
但輪式我卻是完全做不起來!!!手再怎麼撐就是撐不起來 .> <.
那些平常跟我差不多程度的新手同學們都可以成功說
我不懂為什麼輪式我會完全不行呢~~~
請指點我做輪式的訣竅吧!!! m(_ _)m
