隔壁版怪獸何立安吵得蠻多篇的
不曉得何博士在路跑版知名度高不高
他講的大多數都OK,實力也擺在那邊
但就是推銷過頭令人反感,不然就話講一半,只挑對自己有利的方向說
感覺充滿賣課賣書的意圖
影片看過幾部,大概80趴都在講差不多的話,
就拼命吹肌力訓練,大重量訓練
以點閱率最高的影片這支為例

不是脂肪太多,而是肌肉太少
有點誤導人只要肌肉量高,就能彌補脂肪過高帶來的問題
只講有氧減脂效果很差,還會連肌肉量一起噴掉
但是重訓減脂效果也沒比較好啊
也沒講脂肪主要是靠飲食控制
毀掉一個人的爆發力,就叫他練長跑
去做不符合需求的訓練,當然表現就會下降
會有人要舉重選手先跑個10K再練深蹲嗎
要長跑選手去吃舉重菜單,一樣是毀了他的耐力吧
印象有另一支影片好像講日常肌力維持
說肌少症去練長跑,是火上加油的行為,講的好像跑步不用肌肉一樣
也許他想表達的是肌力足夠再練有氧比較好,但聽起來就怪怪的
評論有氧的用詞不謹慎(?),讓整體感覺像是
"我沒有說有氧運動不好,只是我的訓練方式才是最棒的"
至於何的身材常常被批,這就沒必要,想練成甚麼身材是個人自由
想追求大力量的話身材就是會這樣,極度低體脂也稱不上健康
這部分只能說個人造業個人擔,追求極端就是要付出代價
